NeonCRM Record Cleanup
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
Our NeonCRM database has grown to almost 50,000 constituent records and it shows: duplicate entries, clutter, many profiles sit half–empty, and some data has not been touched since its original import. I need a specialist who knows NeonCRM inside-out to bring order back to the database.
The priorities are clear
• Merge or remove every duplicated record so each constituent has one authoritative profile. And then set up protocols to guide staff to deduplicate going forward.
• Flag anything that has not been updated since the cut-off date I will provide, then archive or refresh it in line with NeonCRM best practices.
• Review incomplete profiles, populate required fields where information exists elsewhere in the system, and leave clear notes where data is still missing.
• Work with staff to pare back the number of custom categories in the database
I will grant you admin access, share our current data hygiene reports, and be available for quick questions throughout the project. The work is complete when searches return unique results, stale records are tagged per the agreed rule based on last update date, and core fields (name, email, address) are filled wherever possible.
If you have proven NeonCRM clean-up experience and can map out a concise plan for tackling a large dataset efficiently, I’m ready to get started right away.
