Migrate Zoho FSM Jobs to Jobber

Description
We recently migrated our customer database from Zoho to Jobber. We now need help migrating operational data from Zoho FSM into Jobber.

Scope of work:

• Export jobs/service history from Zoho FSM
• Identify upcoming jobs and maintenance visits
• Recreate upcoming jobs and recurring services in Jobber
• Attach relevant job notes or service history where useful
• Ensure technicians and scheduling are configured correctly
• Help connect Jobber scheduling with Google Calendar

Customer records are already in Jobber, so this project focuses only on field service/job data.

Ideal experience:

• Experience with Zoho FSM
• Experience setting up Jobber for service companies
• Familiar with service scheduling and recurring maintenance workflows

Deliverables:

• Upcoming jobs recreated in Jobber
• Recurring maintenance schedules set up
• Key service history preserved where practical
• Google Calendar integration working
