Microsoft Access Form Data Entry

The task centres on transferring information from an online form into my Microsoft Access database with speed and perfect accuracy. All fields in the form map directly to tables that already exist in the .accdb file, so the job is straightforward data entry rather than database design or cleanup.
I will supply:

• The current Access file (with sample records for reference)
• Step-by-step instructions that show the exact table and field each form answer belongs in
Your deliverable is a fully updated database at the end of each workday, free of typos and respecting the field formats already defined (dates as dates, numbers as numbers, etc.). A quick screen recording of the final import or a brief activity log is all that is needed for verification.
Familiarity with Microsoft Access navigation and basic record editing is essential; no spreadsheet work or external SQL tools are involved. Reliability and attention to detail will matter more than speed, but once the workflow is learned the process should move quickly.
