Mexican Court Docket Search Portal

Job ID: 39936123

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a web-based portal that lets me track Mexican court dockets without manual checking. The core workflow is simple: I enter a set of weblinks to each of the cases, the system crawls the official court sites every day, and an automated email lands in my inbox whenever a new order or update appears.

This is an example of a link: https://www.dgej.cjf.gob.mx/siseinternet/reportes/vercaptura.aspx?tipoasunto=1&organismo=733&expediente=1712/2025&tipoprocedimiento=0

Scope and key expectations

• Daily crawler: a scheduled job runs once every 24 hours, retrieves the latest docket lists for the stored cases, compares them to the previous snapshot, and flags any change.
• Email notifications: on detecting a new order or status change, the system sends an email summary with a direct link back to the detailed view on the site. No SMS or push is required at this stage.
• Dashboard: a clean, responsive interface where I can add, edit, or remove tracked cases; view history; and manually trigger a recheck if needed.
• Data storage: a simple relational database works—just make sure change history is preserved for audit.
• Tech stack: I’m flexible—Laravel, Django, Node.js, or an equivalent framework is fine as long as you document setup and deployment.
• Deliverables: source code in a Git repository, installation guide, and a short video walk-through of the finished, functional prototype.

I’m aiming for a reliable, maintainable solution rather than a one-off script, so code quality and clear documentation count. If you have prior experience scraping Mexican judicial portals or handling captcha / anti-bot measures, please mention it in your bid along with a rough timeline.
