Merge Split WordPress Database Dumps
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m sitting on a folder that holds more than twenty SQL dump files that together represent a single WordPress site. Because the export was broken into pieces, I can’t restore the site on the new server through phpMyAdmin, which expects one consolidated .sql file. I no longer have access to the live site to double-check table structures, so the merged dump needs to be internally consistent on its own.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Combine every one of the existing .sql fragments into a single, well-ordered dump so the tables, views, and data load correctly.
• Detect and correct any duplicate CREATE or INSERT statements that might appear when the files are stitched together.
• Deliver the final, ready-to-import file along with the exact bash or MySQL commands you used (so I can reproduce the process if something changes later).
Once I import your file through phpMyAdmin, the WordPress installer should recognise the database without errors and the site should boot straight to the dashboard. If you’ve handled multi-part dumps or large WordPress databases before, this should be quick work—let me know how soon you can turn it around.
