Medical Store Management App

I want a lightweight yet dependable web-based application that lets me handle the day-to-day demands of my medical and fancy store in one place. The core modules I need are:

• Customer orders & reminders – create an order, set automatic refill or follow-up reminders, and track fulfilment status.
• Staff portal – every employee will sign in with individual credentials; once inside, they can view their task completion, and update order notes or shift task to other staff
• Payroll & attendance – capture daily hours, calculate monthly payouts, and export a simple report for accounting.
• Daily task board – assign activities (cleaning shelves, updating price labels, etc.), set priorities, and receive completion alerts.

Key Features Required:
1️⃣ Customer Order Management

-Add customer name, phone number, items, quantity, and advance amount

-Assign items to distributors (e.g., Combiflam → Ravindra)

-Track pending, received, and delivered items

-Popup summary for customer order history

-Cancel order anytime with reason

2️⃣ Reminder System

Set manual reminder dates for customers (e.g., “Can I place order for these items?”)

On due date → alert or highlight reminder


3️⃣ Staff Management & Payroll

-Add staff with name, contact, salary, and joining date

-Mark attendance and leaves

-Auto-calculate monthly salary with advance/deductions

-Export salary reports

4️⃣ Task Management

-Assign daily/weekly tasks to staff

-Staff can update task progress from mobile

-Manager dashboard for overall task tracking

5️⃣ Admin Dashboard

-Summary of pending/received orders, reminders, and staff activities
