Manual iGaming Website Data Entry (1,000 Records)

This is a manual data collection and entry project. If you are expecting automation, APIs, bots, or post-hire price renegotiation, do not apply.

Project Overview:
We are hiring one freelancer to manually build a database of 1,000 live, fully independent iGaming operator websites (casino / sportsbook). All data must be manually reviewed and entered into our online validation form.

Scope of Work:
You will identify and manually enter 1,000 unique, live iGaming operator websites into our form.
Each record requires:
- Website URL
- Brand / Company name
- At least 1 contact email (2 preferred where available)
- Country / jurisdiction
- Website language(s)
- Vertical (Casino / Sportsbook / Both)
- Provider availability (8 mandatory Yes/No fields + optional providers if visible)

Strict Rules:
- Manual entry only (no bulk uploads, no API, no automation)
- Live operator sites only = No affiliates, No review sites, No news portals
- Fully independent operators only (no white-labels)
- No duplicate brands (multiple domains = 1 record)
- Do not register accounts to access information
- If information is not clearly visible, leave it blank and move on
- Footer confirmation is sufficient (no deep licensing checks required)

Priority Markets:
- Europe (grey & offshore first: Turkey, Eastern Europe, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, Italy, Spain, Cyprus-based ops)
- Then UK-facing and LatAm operators
- Excluding US, Canada, Australia and China

Deliverables:
- 1,000 completed entries submitted via our online form
- Data accurate to the best of your ability at time of entry

Timeline:
- Target completion: 2–3 weeks
- Progress checked at milestones

Milestones & Payment
- This project is split into milestones to review quality:
- 100 records – 10%
- 200 records – 20%
- 300 records – 30%
- Final 400 records – 40%

Budget (Important)
- Maximum total budget: USD 1,500
- Bids above this will not be considered
- “Placeholder” bids that later increase will be rejected
- If this budget does not work for you, please do not apply.

Ideal Freelancer:
- Experience with manual web research & data entry
- Familiar with iGaming / online casino websites
- Comfortable working inside structured forms
- Able to work quickly and independently
