Looking for a developer to create a cloud-based web service for multiple users with the following features:
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Core Requirements:
- Unlimited client database with specific fields (fields will be provided; data will be uploaded locally for data protection).
- Order entry system, with orders sent via email to multiple recipients. Orders should be highlighted in color once sent.
- Daily order log.
- Database of sales representatives.
- Export commission reports by sales rep with selectable date ranges (monthly, biweekly, etc.).
Database & Clients:
- Client database structure will be provided along with a sample (screenshot from our current program).
- Each client can have multiple supply points with different addresses. The system must respect this hierarchy (e.g., client code Tamara 1, center 0, plus 3 additional centers with separate addresses).
Orders:
- Orders can be entered directly from each supply point.
- Order details include liters, product (default from client profile but editable), price, fixed notes (from supply point), order-specific notes, commission for Sales Rep 1 and Sales Rep 2 (commission manually calculated, with optional n8n workflow for automatic calculation using a code from client profile).
- Orders can be sent by email (button) or deleted (button).
- Orders are stored in the daily order log (filterable by date).
- After delivery, orders are converted into delivery notes/invoices (either manually or via n8n workflow). Editable fields include liters supplied, price, and commissions.
- Commission reports are calculated based on the final invoice/delivery note, not on the order itself.
Database Updates:
- Database will be updated alongside another program:
- New clients are added.
- Updated client fields are modified.
- Previously ignored tables remain ignored.

- Client Name
- Company Address
- Supply Address
- Client Email
- Payment Method
- Liters – Product – Price – Order Notes
Other Notes:
- No need for a fancy UI, but the program should be fast and functional (not outdated, but design can be simple).
