I need a comprehensive web-based Library Management System (SAAS) with role-based access for Super Admin, Admin, Staff, and Students.

Key features include:

Student Management:
- Add/manage student details: Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Address, Mobile Number.
- Student image upload.
- ID card generation with student image and unique ID (starting with "S").

Fee Management:
- Collect/manage student fees.
- Discounts options.
- Invoice generation for each transaction.

Book Management:
- Add/manage books with unique ID (starting with "B").
- Enable/disable Book Management from Admin Settings.

Seat Management:
- Assign seats with time/shift options.
- Editable shift timings (e.g., 5–7 PM).
- Hourly seat booking options (e.g., 12-hour, 5-hour).
- Dashboard display: Green (Occupied) & Red (Unoccupied).

Timing & Memberships:
- Shift-based or hourly timing.
- Flexible membership options: One Day, Two Days, One Month, Two Months, Custom timeframe.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing SAAS applications, strong database management skills, and ability to implement role-based access control.
