Leadsourcing: Chemical Importers & Manufacturers Research
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a well-structured list of companies that either import bulk chemicals or formulate finished products—cosmetics, personal-care items, household or industrial detergents—across the United States and Latin America. The end goal is a workable database I can start contacting immediately.
What I expect from you
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with separate tabs for importers, contract manufacturers, and brand-owning manufacturers.
• For each company: legal name, short description, main product focus, HQ country, verified website, purchasing or sourcing contact (name, title, email, phone or LinkedIn), and any publicly available import volumes or HS codes.
• Sources cited beside each row so I can trace the data. Government trade data, Panjiva, ImportGenius, Kompass, Hoovers, company 10-Ks, and direct outreach are all acceptable—just note which you used.
• Minimum 150 unique companies split roughly half US / half LATAM, but feel free to exceed that if research uncovers more high-quality leads.
Acceptance criteria
— Every contact email must pass a bulk validation tool (e.g., NeverBounce) and show as “valid”.
— No duplicates; spellings consistent.
— Sites and job titles checked within the past 30 days.
— File delivered in English.
If you already have relevant subscription tools or proprietary datasets, mention them in your proposal so I can gauge speed and depth. Typical turnaround I’m aiming for is one week, but propose what you realistically need for accurate work.
