Hubfit vs everfit Data Quality Enhancement

I need an experienced Hubfit professional to help me enhance data quality across my current instance. Right now the platform is cluttered with incomplete records, inaccurate information, and far too many duplicate entries. I’d like you to dive in, diagnose the root causes, then put sustainable fixes in place so every data point I pull from Hubfit is trustworthy.

Scope of work
• Audit the existing database to quantify how many records are incomplete, wrong, or duplicated and identify where bad data enters the system.
• Configure or refine any built-in Hubfit validation rules, mandatory field settings, and automated alerts that prevent incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
• Design and run a deduplication workflow that merges or removes duplicates without losing historical activity.
• Document the new data-quality procedures and, if needed, provide a short walkthrough video so I can maintain the standards after your work is finished.

Acceptance criteria
• A clean, fully deduplicated Hubfit database with no orphaned or blank mandatory fields.
• Validation rules live and tested, blocking inaccurate or incomplete records at the point of entry.
• Before-and-after reports that clearly show improvements in data completeness, accuracy, and uniqueness.
