Fix Drupal Loading Issue
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My Drupal-based site has suddenly gone offline and is now showing the classic “unexpected error, please try again later” message. So far I have already cleared Drupal’s cache through Drush and verified that the Windows server and IIS services are running without hiccups, yet the front-end still will not load.
I need a Drupal specialist who is comfortable working on an IIS stack to:
• trace the root cause (PHP error, database connection, module conflict, or anything lurking in the logs)
• bring the site back online quickly without data loss
• hand me a concise report summarising what broke and how you fixed it, so I can prevent a repeat
SSH/RDP and database access can be provided immediately upon NDA. Ideally you have prior experience debugging Drupal on Windows/IIS and are happy to jump in right away.
