Financial PDFs Database Entry
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a series of financial statements and transaction reports in PDF format that must be entered directly into my existing database. Every figure—dates, amounts, account codes, notes—needs to be transcribed with absolute accuracy so my reporting tools pull clean, reliable numbers.
Here’s what the job looks like from my side:
• Source material: password-free PDF documents (mostly bank statements and expense summaries).
• Target: the web-based database I will grant you access to. Field names are already defined, so it is a straight data-entry task rather than data modelling.
• Volume: approximately 30 PDFs per batch; each batch contains 100–150 line items.
• Quality check: totals in the database must match the statement totals. I will run random spot checks, so I need you to double-verify each entry before marking it complete.
You’re free to use any workflow (manual typing, OCR + verification, Adobe Acrobat, Excel staging, etc.) provided the final data inside the database is 100 % correct and formatted exactly as the schema expects.
Deliverable:
• Database fully populated with the current batch and a brief log noting any unreadable figures or anomalies you encountered.
If you have experience handling financial data and can turn around a clean, reconciled upload quickly, let’s get started.
