Finalize SmartSuite Submission Tracker

I already have a SmartSuite workspace in place to monitor my literary submissions, but it’s only partially configured. The core app exists; it just doesn’t run smoothly yet.

Here’s what still needs attention:
I have set up tables and fields but they are not linking and populating correclty. i need you to go over it and set it up so the linked fields will work
