Filemaker Shift Scheduling Setup

I need a Filemaker database to schedule staff shifts.

I already have the db setup and on server so you can access external.
I have the staff details setup too.
All i need is a graph like this so i can select a box and its for the staff, as you can see in the supplied images, each line is a staff member for the day so i select and it puts the colour o that day.
Notes
- I set the operating days for the current week.
- Each week is created new or duplicate from another.
- If i add a staff then it adds a new line on the planner.
- tells at end of rows total hour for that person, total for the day with everyone, and total for the week for the one person and everyone (can just be text at the bottom list) and cost of person (this value i have setup in the staff input page already)
- must be ipad friendly for touch screen to touch and drag to highlight the blocks for the times.
- show date for the days too on planner.
- show a seperate list page with filter to show, person, days, hours, amount
