Extract Database Numbers to CSV

I have a set of numerical fields sitting in our internal database that need to be lifted out and placed into a fresh CSV file. You’ll receive the connection credentials, a short list of tables and columns to target, and a blank CSV template that already contains the correct headers.

Your job is to query the database, pull every requested number, and copy-paste—or export—those values into the matching columns of the template without introducing any extra formatting or text. Accuracy is critical; the resulting CSV must mirror the source figures exactly so it can feed straight into our reporting scripts.

Please return one clean, fully-populated CSV file and keep a short log of any anomalies you encounter (for example, missing values or obvious data errors). If you’re comfortable working directly with database front ends or SQL clients and can double-check your work for consistency before sending it back, we’ll be a perfect fit.
