EspoCRM Customizations (Fields, default values, and linking)

I'm seeking an experienced EspoCRM developer to customize our brokerage CRM. All necessary fields and entities have been defined. The main tasks include:
Linking specific fields between entities
Computing one or two fields based on other values
Setting default values for certain fields
Ensuring smooth functionality according to our specifications
Requirements:
Proven experience working with EspoCRM (mandatory – please provide examples of previous work)
Strong understanding of entity relationships, computed fields, and workflows in EspoCRM
Ability to deliver accurate, efficient, and well-tested solutions
Clear communication and timely updates
Additional Information:
The CRM is for a brokerage company, so attention to detail and accuracy is critical
You will be provided with all field names, entity names, and relationships
Tasks are limited to configuration, computed fields, defaults, and linking – no full-scale development is needed
