Detail-oriented Database Manager Needed

Property Owner Database Cleanup & Research
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help clean, verify, and update a large property owner database.
This role involves online research, database management, and accurate data entry. Initially, I will personally train you on the systems and workflow we use.
Your responsibilities will include:
Checking property ownership information
Verifying whether ownership details are current
Researching updated contact information for new owners
Updating and organising database records accurately
Maintaining clean and consistent data formatting
This is an ongoing project with a large amount of data to process. Over time, I would ideally like someone who could also assist with training additional team members as the project grows.
The cleaned data is then integrated into our AI calling systems here in New Zealand.
