Delete Event Manager ans Stripe Booking Customization code

My WordPress site still contains custom code that were once added to tweak the Event Manager + Stripe booking that was built in house. I have deleted recently these two pluggins, but apparently the customization code is still active.

The customization code was moved to child theme -> I can tell you where.
The customization code can be somewhere else -> I don't know and I need you to check it

What I need now is a careful clean-up:
• Locate every customization related to Event Manager or the Stripe payment hooks, wherever it lives in wp-content (child theme functions.php, template overrides, mu-plugins, or any custom plugin folder).
• Remove that code safely, without introducing new errors or losing existing data.
• Take a full file-system and database backup before you touch anything so we can roll back if necessary.
• When the cleanup is done, reinstall the official Event Manager plugin from the repo and confirm that events can be created and booked on a fresh install. + need to test if stripe booking code was deleted as well.

Deliverables
1. A brief change log listing the paths and snippets you removed.
2. Deleted customization code with confirmation that Event Manager and Stripe booking work end-to-end after reinstallation, with no new glitches or new errors.
