Database Entry and Report Generation

I have an existing database (built in Access/SQL) that needs fresh records added and, more importantly, clear, accurate reports produced straight from that data. You’ll work inside the live file, entering new information as it arrives, double-checking field formats for consistency, then setting up the queries and layouts that let me pull weekly and monthly reports with a single click.

Deliverables:
• All supplied records entered and verified in the database
• At least three reusable report templates—summary, detailed, and custom filter—saved within the file
• A brief note or screen-recording showing how to run each report

Acceptance criteria: every report must return the correct totals when cross-checked against sample figures I’ll provide, and they should open in under five seconds on my machine.
