Database Copy-Paste Transfer

I have a live database that holds several hundred records which now need to be migrated, field-by-field, into a new database. Everything is already structured; the task is strictly copy-pasting each value into its matching field while keeping the original order intact.
Accuracy is critical—any typos or misplaced entries will break downstream reporting—so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working inside database interfaces and double-checking their own work before saving.
I will provide:
• read-only access to the source database
• write access to the destination database plus a short video walkthrough of the required workflow
What I expect back:
• every record copied over without omissions
• consistent formatting of dates, numbers, and text as shown in the demo record
• a short completion log noting the total rows moved and any anomalies you spot
