I need an extra set of reliable hands to bring our customer-information database fully up to date. Your entire focus will be data entry: logging into our cloud-based CRM, reviewing existing records, and keying in corrected or missing details such as addresses, phone numbers, and email contacts.

I will supply you with:
• A cleaned CSV export that flags every record needing attention
• A short Loom video walking through the update process inside the CRM

You simply work through the list, verify each field against the source sheet or public records I provide, and save the changes. Accuracy matters more than speed, so I expect careful double-checks before you hit “save.”

Deliverables
• All targeted customer records updated inside the CRM
• A brief completion report showing total records processed and any anomalies you encountered

The scope is strictly database updating for now—no email management or appointment scheduling—though those tasks could open up later if we work well together.
