Customer Database Entry Assistance

I have a backlog of customer information that must be entered quickly and error-free into our database. The records arrive in spreadsheet form; your job is to review each line, verify the details, and transfer the final, cleaned data directly into the system. Consistency is crucial—names, addresses, phone numbers and email fields all need the same formatting so our CRM searches work properly.

You’ll receive secure access to the web-based interface along with a short style guide that explains field constraints and validation rules. I will supply the source file in Excel and be available for questions throughout the project. Once the import is complete I’ll run a spot check; accuracy above 99 % is the acceptance benchmark.
