Custom CRM Development in Power Apps

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Apps developer to build a custom CRM application for our company.
The application should be developed using Microsoft Power Apps and will be used internally by our sales team (up to 10 users).
Important requirements:
Desktop application only (Windows PCs).
The interface should be optimized for large screens.
Mobile and tablet support is not required.
At this stage, no integration with Microsoft Outlook or other external systems is required.
The application should work as a standalone internal CRM solution.
The CRM should include the following modules:
Investment (project) management
Customer and company database
Sales opportunity tracking
Offer generation based on predefined Microsoft Word templates
Document management (files attached to projects)
Calendar and reminders
Task management
User roles (Administrator and Sales Representative)
Reporting and dashboards
Search and filtering of projects and customers
For offer generation, I already have Microsoft Word templates. The application should automatically populate these templates with data stored in the CRM and generate a finished document (Word and/or PDF).
I already have a detailed functional specification describing all modules and workflows, which I can provide after our initial discussion.
