Copy-Paste PDFs to Database

I have a collection of PDF files whose contents need to be transferred, field-by-field, into our online database form. The task is pure copy-paste work—no rewriting or data interpretation—so accuracy and consistency are everything.

Here’s how the workflow looks: you’ll open each PDF, locate the required fields, and paste the information into the corresponding fields of the web form we provide. After each record is submitted, you’ll double-check that every value displays correctly in the system before moving on to the next file. I’ll supply clear instructions, sample entries, and login credentials as soon as we get started.

Deliverables
• All PDF data fully entered into the database/online form
• A quick completion report noting total records processed and any anomalies spotted

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of fields from every PDF are captured in the correct place
• No formatting issues (capitalisation, extra spaces, broken characters)
• Spot checks by me show zero transcription errors
