Contact Database

We are looking for someone who can create a contact database for us. Someone who is apt at using zoom Info, LinkedIn sales navigator, realtor.com and other database tools to create a CB for US Realtors in particular.
We will essentially be needing the following information to be extracted:
Company Name, Full Name, Email, Phone, Address of all Registered Real Estate Agents in the US ideally filtered by Residential or Commercial.
You should ideally be able to clean up emails for spam/faulty before sharing with us by using any relevant tool, for example Neverbounce.com.
