Contact Data Verification & Entry into database -- 2
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I’m updating our internal CRM and need all “Generated new name” entries brought fully up to date. You’ll use reputable online directories I provide, extract the relevant contact details, then validate them before entering them into our database.
**This is ongoing work, and I need someone who can start immediately.**
**Workflow:**
* Retrieve each “Generated new name” record from the assigned directory source.
* Confirm the contact is active using a reliable verification method (e.g., lookup or test message), and document how it was verified.
* Input the cleaned and verified data into the correct database fields, following the formatting rules in the style guide I’ll share.
**Deliverables:**
1. Updated database entries for approximately 50,000 contacts, with ongoing updates as additional records become available.
2. A brief verification log including the source URL, timestamp, and any records that could not be confirmed.
**Requirements:**
* Must be able to start immediately.
* This is an ongoing project.
* Must be able to verify and accurately add a minimum of **1,000 contact records per day**.
* No missing email or phone fields unless they genuinely do not exist, and this must be documented in the verification log.
* Maintain an error rate of less than 1%.
* Work may be submitted in daily batches for ongoing review and quality checks.
**Compensation: **
* The maximum payment is **$10-$15 for every 1,000 verified "Generated name" records** successfully added to the system.
