Canadian Furniture Retailers Database

I need a single, well-structured directory of every company that sells furniture in Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick—about 3,500 businesses altogether. For each entry capture the company name, complete mailing address (street, city, province, postal code) and the current owner’s name, then place everything in a Microsoft Word document.

Please organise the data province by province and city by city, laid out in a clear table so I can print it directly on 8.5" × 11" sheets for a mailing campaign. Columns should read: Province | City | Company Name | Full Address | Owner Name. Accuracy and consistency are essential: no duplicates, correct spellings, valid postal codes and up-to-date ownership information drawn only from publicly accessible sources.

Deliverable: one .docx file containing the complete, classified table (≈3,500 rows) ready for immediate printing. I will sample-check for accuracy before final acceptance. If you have built similar lead lists before, a brief note and a sample page will help me choose quickly.

We need the list to be in 2 differents page one is excel page and the other one is organized on a word page ready to be print and cut.
