Bulk CSV to SQLite Import

I’m struggling to get more than 1,000 rows from a .csv (exported from Excel) into SQLite on my local machine and need a straightforward fix. No data reformatting is necessary—just a clean, complete import.
Here’s what I need:
• A reliable method (SQLite CLI commands, a short Python script, or any tool you prefer) that imports the entire .csv into a new or existing SQLite database file without row limits.
• The populated .db file so I can verify every record made it in.
