Build Property Listings Importer Tool

I'm seeking a freelance developer to create a robust property listings importer that can handle both residential and commercial properties. The listings will be imported from an XML feed and need to be updated on an hourly basis.

I need a developer to create an importer for property listings for my real estate website.

The property listings come from an online XML feed in Kyero format, and my database has a different structure. The job requires building an importer that maps the XML fields to my database fields and successfully imports the data (a customizable mapper?).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in developing data import tools
- Proficiency in working with XML feeds
- Familiarity with property listing databases and formats

Preferred Technology:
CFML (ColdFusion) is preferred, but PHP is also fine.
