Bubble.io Governance Diagnostic MVP

Overview

I am building a governance-grade change delivery diagnostic tool for large public sector and enterprise organisations.

The product includes:

Role-based survey flows (Implementation, Executive, Frontline cohorts)

Weighted scoring engine (multi-layered)

Dashboard with maturity bands and divergence logic

Admin review + controlled release functionality

PDF report generation

90-day dashboard expiry logic

The scoring model and question bank are already defined.

This is an MVP build with clear specifications.

Scope of Work

Build a fully functional MVP in Bubble.io including:

Organisation + assessment setup
Role-based invite link system
Survey pages with save/return functionality
Likert (1–5) and binary questions
Backend scoring workflows including:

Domain averages

70% structural / 30% perception weighting
Perception divergence calculation
Controls index
Maturity band assignment
Admin review dashboard
Manual report release control
Client-facing dashboard (interactive)
PDF export generation
90-day access expiry logic

Technical Requirements

Must have:

Strong Bubble.io experience (2+ years preferred)
Backend workflow experience
Experience building scoring / analytics logic
Privacy rule configuration (important)
Experience implementing role-based access control
Dashboard UI experience (clean, executive-grade UX)
Ability to work from structured scoring specification

Nice to have:

Experience building B2B SaaS tools
Experience with PDF generation plugins
Stripe integration experience (optional future phase)

Timeline
