I run a licensed money-changing business in India and I’m ready to replace my manual paperwork with a purpose-built desktop application. The focus is invoicing: every exchange transaction should trigger an automatically generated invoice, update payment status in real time, and—when applicable—schedule the next recurring invoice without my intervention.
Key functions I must see working smoothly:
• Automated invoice generation tied to each currency exchange record
• Payment tracking that shows outstanding and cleared amounts at a glance
• A simple way to set up recurring invoices for repeat customers
Because this is a desktop application, it should install easily on Windows PCs commonly used in Indian forex outlets, store data locally or in a secure on-premise database, and back up automatically. Clean, bilingual (English/Hindi) printable invoice templates, GST-compliant numbering, and optional RBI reporting exports would be welcome additions.

4. One round of post-launch tweaks (bug fixes, minor UI polish)
