Auto Auction Scraper & Removals

Job ID: 40552018

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

I need a full-cycle solution that automatically pulls VIN numbers, accident photos, and related damage details from Copart, IAA, and any similar dealer or auction sites I add later. Once scraped, the data must be published on my own domain so each vehicle generates a dedicated page that is quickly indexed by Google. Those pages—and their images—should rank for the VIN and clearly display that the car was in an accident.

I would also want to be able to delete the adds very easily and quickly once paid.

Key requirements
• Reliable scraper that can run on a schedule, handle site changes, and bypass basic anti-bot measures.
• Central database to store VIN, images, accident notes, source URL, and scrape date.
• Dynamic website (any modern stack is fine) that automatically creates an SEO-friendly page per record, pushes images with alt tags, and submits sitemaps so Google picks them up fast.
• Admin panel where I can search by VIN, edit or unpublish a record, and set a payment status.
• Payment gateway integration: after someone pays, their page must be removed from my site and a “gone” response or redirect should be sent to Google so the listing disappears over time.
• Clear documentation on deploying, adding new auction sources, and controlling crawl frequency.

Acceptance criteria
1. I enter a test VIN that exists on Copart; within one hour a live page appears on my site with at least three photos, the accident description, and the source link.
2. That page is present in Google’s index (verified via Search Console) within 48 hours of publication.
3. When I mark the record as “paid,” the page returns 410 status and drops from Google’s index within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Codebase is delivered with installation steps and configuration for adding new auction URLs.

Mention any preferred language, framework, or scraping library in your proposal along with examples of similar data-gathering or reputation-management tools you have built.
