I have begun outlining a comprehensive healthcare application in AppSheet, but I want an expert to take it from concept to a polished, production-ready tool. The project spans the full spectrum of AppSheet work: structuring a reliable, scalable database; shaping a clean, intuitive interface for clinicians and admin staff; and automating every workflow that keeps a practice running smoothly.
The finished app must cover patient management, detailed medical record keeping, HIPAA-compliant data handling, appointment scheduling, and billing logic in one cohesive experience. I will provide the current Google Sheets schema, sample data, and the process maps we follow in-house. Your task is to refine the data model, build or adjust the UX views, configure security filters and user roles, and set up workflow rules, bots, and PDF outputs so records move through intake, treatment, and invoicing with minimal manual steps.
I need someone fully comfortable with AppSheet expressions, slices, security filters, Google Workspace integration, and webhook automation. Prior healthcare or compliance-heavy projects are a plus, as we cannot compromise on data security and audit trails. On hand-off, I expect a short loom or Zoom walkthrough and concise documentation explaining key tables, views, and automation paths so my team can maintain the app in-house.
