I’m working on an older 2011 copy of Microsoft Access and need a quick walk-through on how to locate specific words inside a single text-based table. This is a straightforward, basic search task—no VBA or complex macros—just the most efficient way to filter or query the records so I can spot every occurrence of a given term.

If you know the built-in Find, filter, wildcard, or simple query features cold, that’s exactly what I’m after. A short screen-share or a clear set of step-by-step instructions that I can repeat later will do the trick.
