database to track company car cost, oil changes, tire life, mileage use by program and repairs
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a database that tracks company vehicles, their repairs, life of tires, mileage and MPG per gallon, tracks oil changes and when the next one would be do. Also tracks how mileage is used so we know how to apply the cost of repairs based on program usage.
I need reports that will show the cost of the vehicle use per year, and month. I also need a report that tracks the cost of this year versus last year in repairs, I need the dashboard to show all vehicles and it show when the next oil change is due and common upcoming maintenance, it also needs to show the life of the tires on each vehicle based on tire mileage and the miles driven on the car. It should show in red when the tires and oil changes are at 25% or less of planned life, yellow 50-26% and green 100-51% for budgeting purposes. Access is good and will consider excel as an option as well.
