AI based Enterprise Search

I need a tool/ capability/facility that can enable effective search of my database text content (i.e, Informix, SQLA AND Oracle), my file repositories (PDF, Word, Image and Video) and external websites. This search facility must be able to compare text for syntax, phoenetics, symantics and rank search results for similarity, giving a higher score for text that matches the string being searched. The search capability must also have generative AI capability by enabling end users to engage in conversations with the enterprise content.
