Zoho Creator - Bill of Materials App

I am looking to build a Bill of materials system. All products will need to be logged in the database and with the following fields:

Product Code (Autonumber) witt a suffix
Type - choice of RAW, MADE, EXT
Name (of product)
Legnth
Width
Height
Diameter
Weight
Standard - Yes or No
BWI Cost Price
BWI Sell Price
HOP Cost Price

In the case of "MADE" products i would like the price to be built up by selecting parts from either RAW, MADE, or EXT lists where you can select the item and the qty required to deterrmine the price of the product.

The margins applied will be set at a default level based on their Type i.e RAW, MADE, EXT etc

If any prices changes are madde to any item, this needs to update all MADE with new pricing based on cost changes automatically.

Each record should have the following file upload options:

Visual
Technical Specification
CNC File
Picture of finised item

From a functionality perspective i am looking for:

Filtering materials
Live material filtering by attribute i.e name, size etc
Reporting on MADE items which dont have a BOM
Download full catalogue
Upload csv with updates
Upload csv to create an "order" in Zoho CRM, Purchase Order module.
Must have user control
Option to "archive" products

I think this covers the main elements, and if requried i am happy to show you a working system which is not done in creator to gvie you an idea on the functionality.
