Windows Application with Data Automation

I need a Windows desktop application built first, with the option to expand into web components or broader data-entry automation later. The core build must feel lean, fast and stable on Windows 10/11 while integrating the following functionality right from the start:

• User authentication
• Data analysis (basic charts and export)
• File management (create, move, archive)

I expect clean, well-commented source code (C#, .NET 6+ or a comparable modern stack) plus concise setup instructions so I can compile and deploy internally without surprises. A small proof-of-concept database is fine—SQL Server or SQLite are both acceptable—and I’m open to any lightweight UI framework that keeps the installer size down.

Once these pieces are solid, we will look at automating repetitive data-entry tasks and, if it makes sense, exposing some of the analytics through a companion web dashboard; please keep that extensibility in mind as you design the architecture.
