Virtual Assistant with Notion Skill - Data Entry and Database Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Notion skills to support our team with data entry and database management tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within Notion but doesn't need to be an expert-level user. This role focuses on executing tasks within pre-designed Notion workspaces and databases.
Key responsibilities include:

Replacing text inside Notion database items accurately and efficiently
Performing data entry tasks, ensuring information is input correctly and consistently
Assisting with database creation based on provided plans and guidelines
Managing and organizing information within existing Notion databases
Adhering to established workflows and database structures

The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency in using Notion, particularly in navigating and working with databases
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication skills in English

This position is perfect for a VA who is comfortable with Notion and enjoys detail-oriented work. While Notion skills are essential, we're not looking for a Notion consultant or expert-level user. The focus is on efficient execution of tasks within our existing Notion setup.
