Tesla Data Insights Capture

I'm looking to develop a solution to collect real-time Tesla telemetry data through the vehicle interface. This project aims to harness crucial information to better understand vehicle performance, optimize battery usage and health, and analyze driving behavior and patterns. Tesla have recently opened their own API and I am more looking at the fleet telemetry part. Some info can be found at https://developer.tesla.com/docs/fleet-api?shell#fleet-telemetry and https://github.com/teslamotors/fleet-telemetry. I want the data stored in a database and I also want a basic web app so that I can control basic functions of the car. I will also need the ability to authenticate with my tesla credentials.
