Tableau to PowerBI Conversion

I'm looking for an expert in PowerBI and Tableau to help me convert my existing Tableau dashboards to PowerBI. The primary reason for this conversion is to achieve better integration with my existing systems, particularly PowerBI's compatibility with Microsoft products.

Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with both Tableau and PowerBI
- Understanding of best practices for dashboard design in PowerBI
- Ability to optimize for PowerBI's unique features and capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for explaining the changes and improvements

Data Sources:
- SQL databases
- Excel spreadsheets

Please note, while I have selected SQL databases and Excel spreadsheets as my current data sources, the integration with other systems may be necessary in the future. Experience with ERP, CRM and Accounting software is a plus, even if not immediately required. The goal is to create a seamless, efficient and cost-effective data visualization process in PowerBI.
