Start-Up Project DB development, Web Scraping, Data processing and Set-up of a ML model

Start-up project to develop tailored ML models for financial analysis of different public companies.

Financials Knowledge are not a must for this position.

I'm looking for a reliable person deeply prepared for:
-DB setup (in AWS),
-data scraping,
-data processing (labelling, weighting, etc).
- ML modeling
- Features and 'black-box' analysis

At the initial construction of the DB and at the data scraping of some company information, will follow the development of tailored ML model for financial analysis of different companies.

The best fit for this project need:
- available for LT business relations.
- available to work on the project at leat 10-15 h/week.
- meticulous attention to details
- Problem solving capabilities
