Simple Bible Verse Database Creation

I am a Biblical counselor. When I sit with a counselee and need to refresh my memory on what Bible verses apply to something they just said, I need a simple and fast way to find related verses.
Therefore, I need a basic yet efficient database for Bible verses (which I will input). The main page should display around 30 subjects (e.g., anger, fear, etc.). When one is chosen, it will showcase a list of verses (citation and text) pertinent to that selected subject. Clicking on any verse will redirect me to an exclusive page with these seven text fields.

1. Citation (like John 3:16)
2. Text (what the verse says)
3. Insights
4. Related Verses (other verses listed... clickable)
5. Application (how the verse applies)
6. Other - My notes

This does not need to be fancy… just functional and straightforward

The database should have a search and filtering functionality, specifically based on subject. This means a user should be able to sift and view verses based on the category they choose from the home page. He should also be able to click on any listed verse to take him to its seven-field page.
