Secure Textile Inventory Management

I have a complete functional model for a new inventory management application that will be deployed in my client’s textile business in Bangladesh. The specification pack describes every screen, table and report, so you can focus on building a rock-solid product rather than guessing requirements.

Platform
• Native Windows build only—the entire operation runs on standard Windows 10 PCs.

Essential functionality
• Real-time stock tracking across multiple warehouses
• Seamless USB barcode scanning (Zebra equipment already on site)
• Automated daily, weekly and monthly reports sent as PDF or Excel

Access control
• Admin access – unrestricted control and full audit trail
• Manager access – routine adjustments and reporting
• Employee access – scan in/out privileges only

Security & reliability expectations
Role-based authentication, transaction-safe database writes and encrypted offline backups are all mandatory. Downtime has to be minimal, so a clear backup/restore routine must ship with the final build.

Deliverables
• Windows installer (.exe or MSI)
• Full, well-commented source code
• Database schema and migration scripts
• User manual + quick-start sheet
• One remote hand-over session for the in-house IT team

Acceptance criteria
The system passes if it runs error-free on three production PCs for seven consecutive days, each report matches the samples in the attached model, and all role permissions behave exactly as listed above.

I’m flexible on the underlying stack—C#/WPF, JavaFX, Electron with a local SQL engine—provided performance is snappy and future maintenance is straightforward. An initial working demo within four weeks would be ideal.
