Quotation Status Tracker

We have created a master quotation template that we use for quoting projects, we make a copy of the master each time and save under a new name.

If its possible i want a central master sheet that lists all of the quotations we raise, pulling data from each one to a master document (date raised, client, value, hyperlink to the quotation) this would then allow me to have visibility of all of the quotations raised and we can manually update the status of each quotation (won, lost, pending etc )

Ideally each quote would have its own quote number which was sequential
