Production Report Database / Dashboard

I need a database to input 3 data fields on a daily basis. Parts produced, parts shipped, inventory. Once per day this database needs to generate and email a report that shows 3 charts. Parts produced month to date, parts produced week to date, inventory history 30 days / 60 days.
