Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Assistance

Job ID: 40405911

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m looking for a seasoned Oracle developer who can dive into a small but varied set of database-development tasks. The core of the engagement is to write and refine complex SQL as well as build PL/SQL objects that clearly solve customer-relationship-management use cases—specifically the customer-service interactions side. Every solution must be delivered with thorough, easy-to-follow explanations so that the logic behind each statement, index, trigger, or package is transparent and reproducible.

Here’s what you can expect to work on:

• Crafting multi-table joins, subqueries, and analytical functions that surface actionable customer-service insights.
• Building and debugging PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers to automate typical CRM workflows such as ticket escalation, response-time tracking, or satisfaction-score calculation.
• Optimising any slow-running code I provide, then documenting exactly how and why the refactor improves performance.
• Creating or adjusting sample tables, populating them with realistic data, and using cursors, exceptions, collections, and dynamic SQL where they add value.

Deliverables I need from you:

1. Well-structured, fully commented SQL and PL/SQL code files.
2. A concise run sheet (or SQL*Plus script) that reproduces output results.
3. Step-by-step notes explaining the approach, key decisions, and performance considerations.

I’m flexible on timeline and happy to break the work into logical milestones once we discuss scope in detail. If you have a knack for turning intricate database logic into clearly documented, high-performance code, I’d love to hear how you would tackle these CRM service-interaction challenges.
