• The freelancer must have extensive experience using Notion and should be proficient in creating databases, templates, and linking various elements within Notion. This is for video podcast and content creation.
2. Database Creation:
• The freelancer should be capable of creating a comprehensive database in Notion that can efficiently connect to the following aspects:
• Projects
• Tasks
• Status
• Where we are in the process for content generation only
• Need to follow the flows created
• Template for:
1. Long-form video content
2. Short-term video content
• Calendar view for scheduling the above content (must be above to select the long-form/short-form). Must have filters, such as per social media platform.
• Recurring weekly tasks
3. Integration with Roles:
• The freelancer should design the Notion database to align with your team's roles and responsibilities. Each team member's tasks and functions should be clearly defined and categorized within the database.
4. Templates for Video Scripting:
• The freelancer should enable the creation of templates in Notion for scripting and documenting videos. These templates should be easily accessible and customizable by my content creators. I have the fields.
5. Data Entry and Tracking:
• The freelancer should ensure that tasks generated from the database are automatically logged, tracked, and organized for easy management and progress monitoring. There should be an area for completion by the contractor and another area to confirm and check this off.
