Notion.so Calendar of Patients and Room Assignments

We have converted our clunky excel spreadsheets into a very helpful Notion.so based database. Our designer has taken a full-time position and we have a few minor items to complete to make Notion.so more helpful to our staff. The database we have now is not used by our staff to show the bed assignment and length of stay. Instead, they are taking the data and entering it into a free hotel app that shows the data more visually. We need Notion.so to be more visually useful so that staff can see at a glance how long a patient will be staying and if they will be with a companion/guest. The attached file shows the old excel spreadsheet that was visually helpful in showing that information immediately.
